Are you insured?
Yes
Do you need a large space?
We do not need a large space. However, we do need a grassy area. The larger the space the bigger the circle. The smaller the space the smaller the circle. We are very creative with space and will make it work.
Why do you need a grassy area?
A pony's hoof is very sensitive to heat and if it is hot it will be hot on their hoof. Pavement can also be slick for them to walk on.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, it is under 90 pounds and for kids under 10 unless other arrangements are made. At time of booking I will ask what size pony you prefer and how big is the biggest child riding. This will help me bring the correct size pony for you.
Do you come in the rain?
Yes, as long as there is not thunder and lightning.
Do you have rain dates?
It is usually impossible to guarantee a rain date because we book so far in advance. If your party is rained out we will do our best to work with you to reschedule.
Do you clean up after the pony?
Absolutely
Can you park in our driveway? Not usually. We require 60 ft of street parking IN FRONT of your house. If you live on a DEAD END OR CULDESAC we need to know before we arrive.
